Nova Structures completes new show home
Nova has sited its new 3 bedroom, five-person show home on site at Fawley Waterside. The house has been designed to NDSS standards and its internal floor area is 98m2. It has a traditional tiled roof with the exterior first floor clad in Hardie Plank boarding and the exterior finish to the ground floor is finished in a brick-slip.

The show home design is based on the unique Nova hot-rolled steel “system”, which offers architects and developers infinite choice of floor layouts, total elevational freedom, and no geographical restrictions. The design requires no special foundation requirements and standard tolerances.
